REFUND POLICY

  1. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES: No refunds or exchanges unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was received. Please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. We may ask for a photo of the damaged item to assist in the process.
  2. Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please email our customer service team at districtbrand.jp@gmail.com. They will provide instructions on how to proceed. Once we receive the item, we will process the refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
  3. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will issue a store credit.
  4. Refund Time: Once the return or exchange is processed, the refund may take 3-5 business days to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
