SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping within the United States: We offer standard shipping within the United States for a flat fee of $3 - $8.50. Orders over $60 qualify for free standard shipping. Delivery time for standard shipping is 3-6 business days once shipped.
2. International Shipping: We may ship items depending on the destination country, please message us @district.jp on Instagram for international orders. Delivery time for international shipping is 7-14 business days. Please note that customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country of residence.
3. Handling: Please allow 3 - 5 days of processing and packaging your order. We will do our best to get your orders shipped as soon as possible. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment on the carrier's website.
4. Returns & Exchanges: NO RETURNS and NO REFUNDS for any item unless it arrived broken/damaged. If you received a broken item, please contact us at districtbrand.jp@gmail.com or @district.jp on Instagram, within 48 hours of receiving your order.
